End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee”) and Connect Print Care. By installing, copying, or using the Licensed Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software. You may return it within 30 days for a refund, provided it has not been installed or used.

License Terms

• The Licensed Software includes software, documentation, updates, and related materials.
• Unless a site license is purchased, one license permits installation on a single device.
• Activation may be required; failure to activate will disable functionality until completed.

Restrictions

• No modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works.
• No transfer, resale, rental, or sublicensing without written consent.
• Software may not be used in hazardous environments (e.g., aircraft, nuclear facilities).

Updates & Support

Updates may replace prior versions, which must then be discontinued. Connect Print Care may provide content updates (e.g., virus definitions, drivers) at its discretion. Technical support is not guaranteed under this Agreement but may be purchased separately.

Data Protection

By using the Licensed Software, you consent to the collection and processing of personal and technical data in accordance with Connect Print Care’s Privacy Policy. Data may be transferred internationally for storage and processing by Connect Print Care and its affiliates.

Dispute Resolution

Outside the United States: Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
Within the United States: Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules, unless you opt out within 30 days. Class action and jury trial rights are waived unless opted out.

Warranty & Liability

The Licensed Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Media is warranted for 30 days against defects. Connect Print Care’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the software (or €5 in some jurisdictions). For beta software, liability is limited to €50.

Termination

Connect Print Care may terminate this Agreement if you breach its terms. Upon termination, all rights cease and you must uninstall or destroy all copies of the software. Refunds may be requested within 30 days under the money-back guarantee.

Intellectual Property

The Licensed Software and related materials are the intellectual property of Connect Print Care and its licensors. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated in this Agreement.

General Provisions

• This Agreement is governed by Canadian law, subject to consumer protections.
• Export restrictions apply under applicable laws.
• This Agreement constitutes the complete contract and may only be modified in writing.
